This page explains how customers of the Melbourne Wholesale app (Google Play and App Store) and website can request that their account and associated data be deleted.

How to request deletion

1. Email [email protected] from the email address on your account, with the subject line “Account Deletion Request”, or call us at (321) 208-6352.
2. Include your business name and the username or email you log in with.
3. We will verify the request and delete the account within 30 days, then confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Your login credentials and account profile (name, email, phone, business address)
• Uploaded business license documents and photos
• Saved carts and app preferences

What may be kept, and for how long

• Completed order and invoice records are retained as required for tax, accounting, and regulatory compliance (typically 7 years), then deleted.
• Records we are legally required to keep for age-restricted product sales are retained for the period required by law.
